We want you to love your Copper Penny finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, tagged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
